black screen windows vista tm beta 2 the bottom

Hey,
I recently was installing Windows vista and it all went fine, but then when it rebooted there was a blue screen that quickly came up saying something like Memory dump, then it restared and asked if i wanted to go to safe mode so i did, then it loads up and my mouse appears but nothing else happens all there is, is a black screen with Windows Vista (TM) Beta 2 at the bottom corrner. So i rebooted the pc again and went to start up normaly and the same exact thing happend a cursor with Windows Vista on a black Screen. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and if anyone knows how to fix it. I tried shuting off some hardware like my 1932 adapter but no luck. I also read somewere that it could be caused by a RAID or SATA Controller but i dono how to disable thouse
